Location
Our place is in Palm Coast, Florida, just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach, 75 minutes east of Orlando, and 90 minutes north of Kennedy Space Center. From Atlanta, count on a 6 – 7- hour drive depending on how fast you drive and how many times you stop. (A certain member of our family claims he can make it in less than 6 hours if his wife isn’t in the car!) The address is 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 364, Palm Coast, FL 32137.
Accomodations
Our condo is on the 6th floor of Building 400. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and overlooks the 8th green of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course and Cinnamon Beach. With nearly 1,700 square feet of space, you will have plenty of room to make memories with the whole family, including your fur babies.
3 BEDROOMS / 2 BATHROOMS
The master bedroom is furnished with a new luxury king-size mattress and comfortable bedding. A sliding glass door opens to the oversized, covered balcony.
The master bathroom features a double vanity, large shower with dual shower heads, and a soaking tub.
The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen-size bed.
The 3rd bedroom is suitable for children and teens with a full over full bunkbed and twin-size trundle bed.
The 2nd bathroom features a single vanity and combination tub/shower.
Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped and updated kitchen. Specialty appliances include a blender, crock pot, George Foreman Indoor grill, a full-size coffee pot and Keurig machine. Guests will need to provide their own coffee. The adjacent dining table seats 6.
Living Room & Balcony
The living room is spacious with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen television with local and cable channels. Sliding glass doors divide the living room and large balcony overlooking the golf course and Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is furnished with a sun lounger, dining table with four chairs, a loveseat glider, coffee table and electric grill.
Laundry
The unit includes a full-size washer and dryer. Be sure to bring detergent!
